Over the past 9 years, I’ve coached hundreds of clients to reach their individual goals. Some clients have never set foot in a gym before and want to live a healthier, more active life. Others are trained athletes looking to reach their next level of performance. Just as each individual is different and unique, so is my approach to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. It is my passion to help people live a healthier lifestyle, and be able to coach them through it every step of the way.

I nurtured my passion for health & fitness in academic career, earning a B.S. in Kinesiology, concentrating in Movement Science. In and out of academic settings, I also pursued preventative health more actively and earned my Emergency Medical Technician certification. After working as full-time as an EMT for a year, I became an Exercise Physiologist and worked in a cardiac rehabilitation facility. I’ve continued my education through independent studies, completing Precision Nutrition, J3University, and am in the process of completing my CSCS. I am constantly learning and seeking ways to improve my approach to lifestyle and competitive coaching, and it is this process that has allowed me to lead many clients to success.

There’s no one-size fits all approach to fitness. When I work with clients, I not only take the time to understand their history and their goals, but I also strive to form a deeper connection. I take the time to learn what motivates them, what drives them, what challenges they face. Establishing a rapport is just as important as building an effective program, and I pride myself in taking the time to develop both.
