“ I started working with Michael with the goal of competing in a bodybuilding show for the first time. Rather than jumping into a “prep” and dieting down for a show right away, we spent about 10 months in a growth phase where we focused on adding muscle and building good training and nutrition habits. This approach made eventually prepping for a show much better because I had an improved starting point.During prep (an extremely intense period of 12+ weeks where cardio goes up, calories go down, and everything needs to be tracked and executed perfectly) I felt so supported every step of the way.
