Warranty & Return Policy
Our products are under a 30-day warranty and we gladly accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 30-days. This timeline does not start until your order is delivered to you.
If 30 days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer a refund/exchanges
If you believe your item is damaged for any reason please email info@setthestandardfitness.com with your order number and include as much detail as you can
We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded.
When will I receive my refund/exchange?
Refunds:
Any returned item(s) cost will automatically be issued to the original method of payment used when placing the order with us.
Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to process back into your bank account.
Exchanges:
If the stock is available in your requested item you will receive a confirmation email for the new exchange order.
Exchange requests can only be made for the same product and color but a different size.
If a different item is requested a refund will be issued. If the stock is unavailable for your exchange request a refund will be issued.
We do not ship returned items back to customers if exchange requests cannot be fulfilled.
Return Standards
Items being returned must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you -
Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.
